To schedule an appointment with a provider at ENT Specialists, please call 508-588-8034. If you cannot access a phone, please fill out the appointment form below. When you request an appointment online, we will have a staff member reach out to you within one business week.

At ENT Specialists, your needs are our highest concern, and we understand how important it is for you to be seen in a timely manner. You may be seen by one of our physicians during our office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 

New Patients:

For new patients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out necessary paperwork. If for some reason you must cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hour’s notice so we can accommodate your request.
