Do I need a referral to see an ENT specialist?
It depends on your insurance plan. Some plans (like HMOs) require a referral from your primary care physician, while others (like PPOs) do not. Please check with your insurance provider or call our office for assistance.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling at least 1-2 weeks in advance for routine visits. For urgent concerns, we offer same-day or next-day appointments when available — call our office directly.
What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please call our office at (508) 588-8034 at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, we offer telehealth consultations for select visit types. Please ask about this option when scheduling your appointment.
