My Story
Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery
Dr Jagdish Dhingra has been in practice at ENT Specialists Inc. for over 20 years.
After completing initial medical training in his native India, Dr Dhingra worked for 6 years in Great Britian before moving to the USA. He did his residency training at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, before joining ENT specialists, Inc. in 2002
For the last 10 years Dr. Dhingra has focused on diseases of thyroid gland and parathyroid gland. He was awarded Endocrinology Certification in neck ultrasound (ECNU) by the American Association
of clinical endocrinology (AACE) in 2012. He has performed over 3000 office-based ultrasound-guided procedures on the thyroid gland.
He regularly teaches at the Head and Neck Ultrasound course nationally, at courses sponsored by the American College of Surgeons.
For the last 2 years he has extended his practice of ultrasound
guided treatments to include newer treatment for large benign
thyroid nodules by Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA). Procedures
are performed in an office setting at ENT specialists Inc. Plainville, MA.
The facility is certified by the American Institute of ultrasound medicine (AIUM). Schedule an appointment to learn more about RFA for benign thyroid nodules.

2005-2022 Dr Dhingra has led 15 surgical missions to perform Thyroid surgeries in Rwanda, Africa. During these 15 years Dr Dhingra and his team have performed over 300 surgeries on patients with large goiters.
