Jessica Jackson, AuD, ABAC

Jessica Jackson received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from UMass Amherst in 2009. She obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania in 2015. Jessica worked in Lancaster, PA at a private ENT practice and a hospital system for 10 years before returning to Massachusetts and joining ENT Specialists in 2025. 

Jessica performs comprehensive hearing testing for adults and children. She also provides hearing aid services, including consultations, fittings, and adjustments, and is experienced with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers. 

When she is not seeing patients, Jessica enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
